It is alleged that the owner of this company, who lives in Delhi, took a loan of about 400 crore rupees from SBI and some other banks. But there was no complaint against him for four years. It is now revealed that the owner has fled abroad. On the complaint of State Bank of India, CBI has registered a case against the owner of the company and its four directors. CBI investigation revealed that this person had borrowed from 6 banks and is missing since the year 2016.

The company was declared NPA only in the year 2016. Four years ago, a complaint was filed by SBI. After this, on April 28, the CBI filed an FIR.

According to the information received, Ramdev International has borrowed a total of 414 crore rupees from banks. Out of which 173.11 crore has been absconded from SBI, 76.09 crore from Canara Bank, 64.31 crore rupees from Union Bank of India, 51.31 crore from Central Bank of India, 36.91 crore from Corporation Bank and Rs 12.27 crore from IDBI Bank.

The CBI has currently registered a case against the company and its directors, Naresh Kumar, Suresh Kumar, Sangeet and some unknown government officials. It has been charged with fraud, criminal breach of trust and corruption. SBI has said that the audit conducted in the year 2016 found that the accused had manipulated the accounts, fraudulently in the balance sheet and illegally removed the plant and removed the machinery to illegally deduct the cost in the bank fund. To go After this, when the investigation was done by the bank, the members of the company disappeared. Later it was found that all have left the country and fled. has also received a copy of the complaint made by SBI, stating that the company was put in the NPA.

SBI has also clarified that there is no delay in the action. But let us tell you that the information about the absconding of the owner of the company was known only a year ago when another company dragged against it in the National Company Law Tribunal. There too, the matter is going on about the payment of Rs 30 lakhs. In this case, the tribunal issued a notice against the three directors of Ramdev International. But they did not find any. In the year 2018, the tribunal was told that the accused director had fled to Dubai.

CBI officials investigating the case told that SBI made the complaint when its money was not recovered as the accused absconded from selling most of their assets. So far, SBI has not been able to get any statement in this matter.
