Lucknow: The Uttar Pradesh government has started working on a new plan to combat the corona virus. According to the plan, the weekend lockdown formula will be implemented in Uttar Pradesh. As a result, there will now be a weekly weekend lockdown in Uttar Pradesh to prevent corona infections.
Uttar Pradesh will have lockdowns on Saturdays and Sundays every week. All markets and offices will be closed. This means that all markets and offices in the state will be open only five days a week. It has also been decided to implement this new plan to overcome the Corona crisis. It is expected to be officially announced soon.

It is learned that the decision to lock down the weekend was taken at a meeting of Team 11 chaired by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The decision was taken with the aim of breaking the transmission chain as the number of corona-infected patients continues to rise.
Even before the Uttar Pradesh government took this decision, the Karnataka government has decided to lock down the weekend. Not only that, but the Karnataka government has also announced it. All markets and offices in Karnataka will be closed every Saturday and Sunday till August 2.
