Railway’s big decision, after Jharkhand, now special train from Jaipur to Bihar

During the lockdown, people of Bihar are stranded in non-province. During this time, special train from Jaipur to Patna left at 10 pm on Friday night to give relief to the people of Bihar. It carries about 11 hundred people. Passengers will be provided with food and water as soon as the train arrives at PDDU junction at 9:10 am on Saturday morning. Railway administration has started preparing for this.

The country was put on lockdown when the corona infection increased. During this time thousands of people of Bihar are trapped in many provinces including Rajasthan. Meanwhile, the Railway Administration is running special trains to provide relief to the people of Bihar trapped in Rajasthan. In this sequence, the special train left for Patna with about 11 hundred passengers from Jaipur at ten o’clock on Thursday night. The railway administration will make arrangements for food and water for all passengers as soon as the special train arrives at PDDU junction at 9:10 am on Saturday. After this, the train will leave for Patna.

Other passengers will not board the special train :                                                                                                       No passenger will board the special train carrying people of Bihar. After departure from Jaipur, there is a halt at Patna station after Bandikui, Agra Fort, Tundla, Kanpur, DDU. During this time there will be no boarding of the train at any station. Noah will come. However, loco pilots and guards will be changed at PDDU junction. During this time, apart from departmental officers and employees, the soldiers of GRP, RPF will be ready.

Rupesh Kumar, Senior DCM, PDDU Rail Division says that food has been arranged for all passengers boarding the special train. Departing from Jaipur, the special train will arrive at PDDU Junction at 9:10 AM. Preparations for this have almost been completed.

Sushil Modi has demanded special train :                                                                                                                Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi on Thursday urged the central government to run special trains to bring back its migrants. Sushil Modi tweeted on Thursday, “I appeal to the Indian government to return home to migrants by special train”. Apart from this, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has also written a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the return of migrants home.

The central government had changed the guidelines and announced relaxation in lockdown for return of students, laborers and pilgrims. The Ministry of Home Affairs had said that the state governments should bring these people to their home states by buses in mutual coordination. After this, there was a demand from the Government of Bihar that special trains should be run for the return of migrant workers and students so that we can bring back the people of Bihar. The central government has now given permission to run the train for this work.
