Kolhapur: The state government has directed to maintain 10% attendance in all government offices. Accordingly, orders have been issued by the concerned establishments to the employees to be present. But many officers and employees are staying in their respective villages, making it difficult for them to come. In view of this problem, the District Collector has given the authority to the Tehsildar to give permission online. This has paved the way for employees staying at home to come to their office.

The ‘lockdown’ imposed in the wake of the corona infection also led to restrictions on attendance at government offices. Attendance was five per cent in all government offices. But a few days ago, the government relaxed it and directed 10 percent attendance. But the officers and employees stationed in the village are having difficulty in coming to their respective offices. They are getting obstructed everywhere as they do not have permission pass or any government letter.

For this, the Collector has given the authority to the Tehsildars to issue permission passes online. As a result, the home-based officers and employees have to upload the orders issued by the government and the concerned establishments on the app, as well as the credentials of their establishment. Once the process is complete, the Tehsildar will issue them a letter of permission online. The concerned officers and employees want to print it and keep it with you.
