Mumbai, June 27 : The number of corona patients has increased in Mumbai. Mumbai has the highest number of victims in the state. Initially, Dharavi was shaken and released. Now, not Dharavi but Andheri East has become the HOT SPOT of corona and the number of corona infected patients in this area has crossed 5000. Andheri East is the first ward in Mumbai in which more than 5,000 patients have been found. More than 4000 patients have been found in S ward i.e. Bhandup, Vikhroli, Kanjurmarg & Powai.

Meanwhile, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, Urban Development Minister Eknath Shinde and Union Health Ministry Joint Secretary Love Agarwal met at the Balasaheb Thackeray National Memorial. The meeting was attended by the Chief Secretary of the State and the Commissioner of Mumbai Municipal Corporation. Love Agarwal today inspected the measures taken for corona patients in Thane and North Mumbai.
Corona has 85.5 per cent active cases and 87 percent death cases in eight states of the country. This information has been given in the meeting of the group of ministers. The 17th meeting of the Group of Ministers of the country was held today on the issue of Corona.
The ministers and officials present at the meeting were told that eight states in the country were most affected by the corona, including Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Telangana, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh and West Bengal.
The Center has formed 15 high-level groups. It is also reported that the states are working to provide technical assistance.
