Crop wasted due to heavy rains and hail in Bihar, 11 killed due to lightning

The weather suddenly changed in many districts of Bihar on Tuesday morning and almost all of Bihar including Patna received heavy rains. There were hail in many places. Due to hailstorm, crops standing in the fields in Begusarai, Vaishali, Banka, Motihari, Muzaffarpur etc. were ruined. Especially, it has a greater impact on agat wheat. At the same time, 11 people died due to lightning in various parts of the state. Most of the three people died in Munger. The life of 30 kilometers has disrupted public life due to wind. The crops became frozen.

The capital Patna received heavy rainfall for an hour from 11.30 am. After that it stopped raining intermittently till 3 pm. On Wednesday also, many parts of the state including Patna district will be cloudy and rain may occur. At the same time, the maximum daytime temperature has dropped by five and a half degrees due to rain. The highest temperature decline was recorded in Gaya. The temperature here was 22.1 degrees Celsius, which is down by 5.3 degrees since Monday. According to the Meteorological Department, a cyclonic circulation is seen over western and eastern Uttar Pradesh. It caused rain. The cyclonic circulation over eastern Uttar Pradesh has now come over South Bihar. Due to this, there will be changes in many districts on Wednesday. It will rain in some places. According to the Meteorological Department, the weather may be clear on Thursday. Sunlight can bloom.

Most rain in East Champaran :
The maximum rainfall in the state was in East Champaran district. Chakia here recorded 64.2 mm of rainfall. Apart from this, East Champaran received 11.4 mm in Patahi, 9.6 in Mehsi and 9 mm in Dehri and Kesariya. At the same time, Patna received 13.5 and Bhagalpur 15.4 mm of rain.

A new western disturbance active on 28th:                                                                                                                         According to meteorologists, a new western disturbance is active on February 28 and near Rajasthan. Its effect is likely to be seen in Bihar two days later i.e. from March 1. Although its effect will be assessed now, but it is certain that there will be clouds in many places.
