Corona’s havoc persists; 7,975 new patients, 233 deaths in a day.

Mumbai: In Maharashtra, which is stuck in the grip of the corona, the corona has not yet succeeded in encircling it. The growing number of corona sufferers is still worrying. At the same time, the number of coronary deaths has also increased in the state. In the last 24 hours, 233 more people have died due to corona infection in the state and the total number of deaths has reached 10,928. Today, 7,975 new patients have been registered in the state. Although the number of corona patients is increasing, the rate of patient recovery is also reassuring. Today, 3,606 patients have overcome coronary heart disease.
Although the corona patient recovery rate in the state is increasing to some extent, the corona death toll is worrying. The state currently has a coronary mortality rate of 3.96 per cent, with 233 deaths in the last 24 hours. As seven thousand 975 new patients have been registered in the state today, the total number of patients has reached 2 lakh 75 thousand 640. Out of 14 lakh 08 thousand 901 tests conducted in the state till now, 2 lakh 75 thousand 640 tests have come positive.
The recovery rate of Corona affected patients in the state has increased slightly. Today, it is 55.36 per cent. Today 3 thousand 606 patients have become tax free in the state and so far a total of 1 lakh 52 thousand 613 patients have succeeded in overcoming the tax. At present, 7 lakh 08 thousand 373 people are in home quarantine in the state while 43 thousand 315 people are in institutional quarantine, the health department said.
