New Delhi, 29 July 2020 : Riya Chakraborty was booked in Patna in connection with the suicide of Sushant Singh Rajput. She had then filed an application in the Supreme Court seeking bail. Now Sushant’s father has also decided to go to the Supreme Court. His lawyer Vikas Singh has said that a caveat will also be filed in the Supreme Court on behalf of Sushant’s family. Therefore, the court will have to consider the role of the family before making any decision.

Sushant Singh’s family has now come forward in the Sushant Singh Rajput case. Sushant’s father KK Singh has leveled several allegations against Sushant’s girlfriend Riya Chakraborty. After this, Riya has also handed over the responsibility to Satish Maneshinde, one of the most expensive lawyers in the country.

Satish Maneshinde had fought the case of Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. Bihar Police has started investigating the matter. Riya has hired Satish Maneshinde to win the case. He had fought Sanjay Dutt’s 1993 Mumbai blast case and Salman Khan’s 1998 antelope poaching case.

After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput, the Mumbai Police is continuously investigating the matter. However, the case has taken a different turn after Sushant’s father lodged an FIR with the Patna police against Rhea Chakraborty and her family. Sushant’s father has made very serious allegations against Riya. Bihar Police is also investigating the matter. Bihar police investigation has started independently.

Meanwhile, the CBI has been demanding an inquiry into the matter for the past few days. Against this backdrop, the state Home Minister Anil Deshmukh has made a big revelation. He said that the Mumbai Police will investigate the matter. He said Mumbai Police is capable of investigating the incident. The CBI does not need to investigate.
