Delhi Coronavirus Hotspot: Now people will get discounts in Delhi’s Red Zone, will be announced soon

Delhi Coronavirus Hotspot Delhi Chief Secretary Vijay Dev issued an order that whatever relaxation the Central Government has given for the Red Zone should be implemented by the DM.

New Delhi, Jagran Correspondent. Delhi Corona virus Hotspot: The ruling Aam Aadmi Party Government in Delhi has prepared a blueprint for giving exemption in the Red Zone made in the state. Under this, people in the red zone will also be exempted.

On Friday, Delhi Chief Secretary Vijay Dev issued an order that whatever relaxation the Central Government has given for the Red Zone should be implemented by the District Magistrate (DM). The Delhi government approved it only on May 3.

In relation to this, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia had said on Thursday that the local district and police administration is not implementing the exemption. After this, the Chief Secretary has issued orders. According to the order, 100 percent officers and employees will be present in the government office associated with the necessary service. At the same time, those who do not have necessary service related offices, the Deputy Secretary level and the remaining officers will reach 100 percent, while the other 33 percent employees will be present. Private offices will also open, where 33 percent people will work.

On the other hand, infection of corona has increased very fast in the last few days in Delhi. More than 300 cases are coming up every day. On Friday, 338 new cases of corona were also reported. Because of this, the figure of Corona patients in Delhi has crossed 6000. At the same time, two patients died. Due to this the number of dead reached 68. In addition, 89 patients were discharged from the hospital.

According to the Health Department report, 6318 cases of corona have been reported so far in Delhi. Of which 2020 patients have been cured so far. At present, 4250 patients are infected, which are undergoing treatment. Of these, 1451 patients are admitted in hospitals. Loknayak Hospital has the highest number of 505 patients admitted.

At the same time 350 patients have been admitted to AIIMS Trauma Center and National Cancer Institute (NCI). 118 patients were admitted to Rajiv Gandhi Super Specialty Hospital, 114 to Safdarjung Hospital, Lady Hardinge Medical College 25, 55 to RML Hospital, 83 to Apollo Hospital, 82 to Max Hospital, 34 to Gangaram Hospital and 85 to Maha Durga Charitable Trust Hospital. Huh. With increasing cases of corona, the pressure of patients in ICU is also increasing. Currently 91 patients are in ICU. Out of which 18 patients are placed on ventilator support. Apart from this, 204 patients have been admitted in Kovid Health Center and 1136 in Kovid Care Center.

Currently 937 patients are in home isolation.

2803 cases came in eight days                                                                                                                                      More cases are being seen since the first day of May. The situation is that in the last eight days only 2803 cases have been reported. According to the Health Department, the order of investigation against Box Lal Path Lab, the complaint report of Lal Path Lab has received complaints of several discrepancies. For this reason, the Health Department has constituted an inquiry committee. This committee will investigate those discrepancies.
