Covid-19 India: 1594 new cases, 51 deaths, number of infected near 30 thousand in 24 hours in the country

New Delhi : The cases of corona infection in the country continue to increase. According to the Health Ministry data released on Tuesday evening, 1594 new cases of corona have been reported in the country in the last 24 hours, 51 patients have died. Now the total corona cases in the country have been 29,974, out of which 22010 cases are active. 7027 patients have been discharged from the hospital after recovery, while 937 people have died so far.

Luv Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Health, said, “The recovery rate in the country has increased to 23.3%, no cases have been reported in 28 districts since 17 days.

According to the Ministry of Health, there is no valid therapy for corona yet, experiments are going on for plasma therapy.

The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has released a guideline for home isolation. These guidelines have been issued for people who have very few symptoms of corona, or are in a pre-symptomatic state, with no visible symptoms and have the necessary facilities for self-isolation. Such people can isolate themselves at home.

During the press conference, Joint Secretary of Home Ministry, Punya Salila Srivastava said, “The Inter Ministerial Central team which is visiting Surat has found that there is a huge amount of testing going on there.” With this, the corona patients are being identified in the initial stage.
