Handwara encounter: Family freed from captivity of terrorists but five brave soldiers martyred

Five soldiers, including two officers, who were martyred during the Terrorist Encounter on Saturday at Handwara in Kupwara district of Jammu and Kashmir, once again proved that the Indian Army was in our defense. In fact, the Indian Army had received intelligence that some terrorists are hiding in the Chanjmulla area in Handwara in Kupwara district and the terrorists have captured a house and imprisoned the entire family living there. Army soldiers, regardless of their lives, took out all the civilians who were imprisoned at home safely, but they lost their lives in this encounter.

Five soldiers, including the Colonel and Major, were killed in a terrorist encounter that lasted late Saturday night in the Chanjmulla area, one colonel, one major, two army personnel and police sub-inspector were martyred.
