It’s summer! Do this to protect your hair and skin
Even in summer, your skin will look brighter and shine
Summer is the season for most people. Because of this, there is a lot of sweat, pimples on the face, and the heat of the atmosphere. The effect of heat on the atmosphere is affecting our body during the summer. This has a very bad effect, especially on the skin and hair. Therefore, special care is needed for hair and skin these days. But you don’t need beauty parlor or expensive cosmetics to take care of it all the time. So here are some simple tips that if you follow regularly, your skin will look brighter this summer and will not feel any pain at all.
Take care of ‘take’ when leaving the house : –
1) If you want to get outdoors during the hot summer, apply sunscreen lotion as a reminder.
2) Cover your head and face, possibly with an umbrella, scarf, tights.
3) Intense sunlight and pollution have a direct effect on the hair follicles, thus possibly shaving the hair.
4) Since the heat affects the skin, skin care should be taken using a homemade facepack.
5) Apply a homemade facepack when you come home from out.
Remember these things : –
1) A dermatologist should be consulted before using any type of facepack or when buying products in the market.
2) Do not use packs daily. Limit the use of packs two to three times a week.
3) Try a face pack for about three weeks, and if you don’t see results, try another facepack for a few days.
But don’t try to change the facepack right away.
4) Do not make makeup immediately after scrubbing the face. This can cause acne and acne on the face.
5) Before applying makeup, rub ice on the face.
6) After the facepack is applied to the face, do not allow it to dry. Wash it immediately after partial drying.
