T20 World Cup not likely to be held in October: BCCI officials
The International Cricket Council (ICC) had a meeting of its Chief Executive Committee on Thursday, but this meeting could not take any decision regarding the future of the T20 World Cup to be held in Australia later this year. The BCCI believes that due to corona virus and its effects, it is not possible for The World Cup to be held in October and November. The official then raised the issue of people arriving there and said whether the ICC and Cricket Australia would guarantee the lives of the people involved in this entire process.
